Thank you for your interest in submitting an event to Stafford County Tourism’s Things To Do page.

If you are a business or organization interested in having your event featured on our calendar, we’re glad you’re here! We encourage submissions for events that serve as tourism assets, such as festivals, concerts, markets, seasonal celebrations, historical programs, outdoor recreation events, and other experiences that attract visitors to Stafford County.

Please review the following information before submitting.

How to submit:

You must have an account to submit an event.
All events are subject to approval by Stafford County Tourism.
You can expect an update within approximately 72 hours of submission.

Event Submission Guidelines & Requirements

Events must take place within Stafford County.
All submitted events must be open to the general public.
Events should be submitted 10 days before the event start date.
All submissions must include a photo or graphic.
Photos should be 800×600 and horizontally oriented.
Inappropriate material, language, or photos will not be approved.
Stafford County Tourism is not responsible for inaccurate information (time changes, rain dates, etc.).
Stafford County Tourism reserves the right to edit event postings for grammar and clarity.
Exceptions to these guidelines may be made at the discretion of Stafford County Tourism.
