First Course:
Chef’s Amuse-bouche and Champagne
Second Course:
Chilled Lobster Salad with Frisee, Baby Arugula, Mango, Chervil, Red Onion, & Citrus
Third Course:
Apricot Pork Belly with Sweet Potato, Walnuts, Brussel Sprouts, & Peppers
Fourth Course:
Beef Striploin with Fingerling Potato, Roasted Garlic, Herbs, & Beef Sauce
Fifth Course:
Almond, Raspberry, White Chocolate Lady Finger Desserts
Add a paired wine experience to your ticket for an additional fee. An Aramark sommelier will guide you through the carefully curated wine pairings for each course. Wines presented by Trinchero.
