Forest Bathing at Widewater State Park

Join the Park Ranger for an immersive walk on Holly Marsh Trail where you will reconnect with nature through your senses. This light walk incorporates stretches to help ease you into a grounding and relaxing experience. Wear comfortable hiking shoes, dress weather appropriately, and bring water.
Pre-registration required. Limit 30 people per program. FREE. All programs will start at the Visitor Center.
How to Register: Please leave a message on the Visitor Center answering machine (540) 288-1400 with your name, the number of people in the group, and your contact information as well as the name, date and time of the program. We will call you back to confirm your spot. Registration over emails will not be accepted.
