Tour Stafford, Virginia is the proud award recipient of the AJGA 2022 Newcomer of the Year. This award is presented to the newest event on the AJGA tournament schedule each year that embraces all aspects of an AJGA tournament experience. The evaluation process considered destination committee support, player experience, overall fundraising and charitable giving.

The AJGA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

THE EVENT:

The AJGA is hosting their third Stafford Junior All Star Tournament at the Gauntlet Golf Course. This is an elite group of young golfers who come and play for a week in Stafford County. The event proceeds will support Staffords County Fire and Rescue Foundation, Stafford County S.E.R.V.E organization and the AJGA ACE grant progam.
