The Marine Corps 17.75K distance commemorates the year the Marine Corps was established. The course in scenic Prince William Forest Park features a 11.03 mile run over rolling hills and winding turns in a densely wooded backdrop. Finishers of the Marine Corps 17.75K receive “Access Granted” passes, granting them guaranteed access into the Marine Corps Marathon.

Runners must be in by 8:00 am at the latest.

Runners are encouraged to arrive early and utilize pre-race shuttles from one of four designated lots. There is no parking at the start-finish area for Marine Corps 17.75K. Please allow for ample time to find parking and travel time on the shuttle.

Marine Corps 17.75K shuttles will service the following parking locations:

• Grace Church – 17100 Van Buren Road, Dumfries, VA
• Route 234 Commuter Lot – 17300 Dumfries Road, Dumfries, VA (across the street from the McDonald’s)
• Quantico Center (Fettler Commercial Buildings) – Building #3800 & #3850, Fettler Park Drive, Dumfries, VA
• Forest Park High School – 15721 Forest Park Dr, Woodbridge, VA

Families are welcome to explore the property and rooms of the Washington House at their own pace.  Visitors may stop along the way to play the historical games or just learn and observe.
