Project 3/50

Project 3/50 is a national movement that encourages communities to “buy local” from independent retailers and service providers.  “For every $100 spent in independently owned stores, $68 returns to the community through taxes, payroll, and other expenditures.”  For complete details, visit www.the350project.net

HOW IT WORKS:  Consumers choose three (3) participating Project 3/50 companies, and commit to spending a total of fifty ($50) dollars among the three businesses over the course of a month.

JOIN:  Participating businesses receive FREE listings on the national Project 3/50 site and GoStaffordVA.com.  Register here, AND be sure to notify the Stafford Economic Development office by emailing Bethany Miller: bmiller@co.stafford.va.us.
